Welcome to Tribe Ilustuudio (Tribe Beauty Grupp OÜ), an expat-founded beauty studio in Mustamäe, Estonia, offering professional hairdressing, manicure, pedicure, makeup, and braiding services. By using our services, booking an appointment, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. General Information

Tribe Beauty Grupp OÜ, operating as Tribe Ilustuudio, is a limited liability company registered in Estonia with its operating office at  Mustamäe tee 55 -218, Tallinn, Estonia. These Terms govern your use of our services, including in-person appointments and our website www.tribeilustuudio.ee.

2. Services

We provide professional beauty services, including:

• Hairdressing (haircuts, coloring, braiding)
• Manicure and pedicure services
• Makeup services for everyday and special occasions

All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through our website, phone, email, or in person. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons such as inappropriate behavior, health concerns, or non-compliance with these Terms.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Bookings: Appointments can be made via our website, phone, email, or in person. You must provide accurate contact information and service preferences when booking.
• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service cost.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service, depending on availability.

4. Payments

• Pricing: Service prices are listed in our 2025 Price List, available at our studio or upon request. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or other methods specified at the time of booking. All payments must be completed at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion for unsatisfactory services, provided you notify us within 48 hours of the service. Refunds are not available for no-shows or late cancellations.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Health and Safety: You must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities (e.g., to hair or nail products) before receiving services. We are not liable for adverse reactions if you fail to disclose relevant information.
• Conduct: You agree to behave respectfully toward our staff and other clients. We reserve the right to terminate services for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
• Personal Belongings: Tribe Ilustuudio is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings brought to the studio.

6. Liability

• Service Outcomes: While we strive to deliver high-quality services, results may vary based on individual factors (e.g., hair type, skin sensitivity). We are not liable for outcomes that do not meet your expectations if services are performed with reasonable care and skill.
• Damages: Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Third-Party Services: Some services (e.g., payment processing) may involve third-party providers. We are not responsible for their actions or policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Tribe Beauty Grupp OÜ or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
